LAUREL, NJ (May 31, 2011) –Willner Realty & Development Co.(WRDC), a locally established real estate and development firm, proudly takes ownership of The Hotel ML and CoCo Key Water Resort, located on Route 73 in Mt. Laurel, NJ, made effective April, 2011. The property adds an additional 280 sleeping rooms and 55,000 sq. ft of indoor water park to WRDC’s growing hotel portfolio.

The Hotel ML, formerly the Mt. Laurel Marriott, and CoCo Key Water Resort, will maintain the current executive leadership team and continues business as usual. There will be no disruption in service.
