BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATION DETAILS
Each package includes 10 children and 4 free adult chaperones. Additional attendees not contracted will be required to pay full admission. Minimum $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a birthday party. Final payment with a signed contract is due 3 days prior to the scheduled birthday party. Children ages 2 and under are free. CoCo Key does not provide chaperones. Black-out dates may apply. Final numbers must be guaranteed; no refunds for unused tickets or no-shows. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the water resort or celebration room. Prices do not include sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice.
